You will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of producers, and ensuring excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for ensuring growth and retention of Personal Lines customers by leading, coaching, training and developing our team of Personal Lines (PL) Account Managers and Support Specialists in accordance with company values and procedures.
You will be responsible for supporting the agency by independently managing an established book of Personal Lines business and working to solidify and grow client relationships by meeting or exceeding workflow standards with a strong focus on client retention.
